I have stopped taking the monthly pictures of James. I guess I have also stopped doing his monthly updates. It is time I tell you a few things about James.
1) His vocabulary is bursting at the seams. He is starting to say some pretty funny things. For example
"Die" = bye. He is trying to put words together and form sentences. Just about every morning Sage goes out (right, to do business). As soon as she comes in James says "poop, Sage". The other day James had a balloon and took it outside, he came running in saying "pop, pop Sage", meaning that Sage popped his balloon. If you don't catch it, James is really good at communicating things about Sage :)
2) He has almost all his teeth. At this moment his top canines are coming in. Besides his 2 year molars, he is only missing 2 on the bottom.
3) He is not a real picky eater. In fact the other night he would eat what my mom ate, then would get mad that it was all gone. Hopefully he keeps up eating great!
4) He is very much an active boy. He loves jumping around, on things, and off things. He loves to skip (or do his version of it). He loves to kick the balls. He is awesome at throwing and starting to understand how to catch.
5) He loves his Sissy very much. He is her protector. Anytime someone gets close he gets in between them, and pushes the other person away. He loves waking her up. Making sure she is happy. Will get her anything, even if we do not ask him to :) We are pretty darn lucky that he loves her so much.
James is a joy, and we are so lucky to have him. He does give us grief some days, but the joy and happiness out number the grief by a land slide. I am so excited to watch him grow up into, hopefully a well behaved young man.
