We did it. Finally we took the plunge!! WE GOT A VAN!! It was (maybe still) hard for Jon to accept. The thing is, we need more room. The car barley fit the 2 car seats, the truck is only a 3 door, made it a pain to get the kids in and out. End of story we figured it was time, and we hope to drive it til it dies. They make these vans so fancy now. It is a brand new (2013) 8 seater. The 2 seats in the middle move forward AND side to side. Lots of room!! It even has a nifty "cool box" (it keeps drinks cold :) We are also pleased that we were able to find one without the t.v. Don't get us wrong we have portable t.vs, but we did not want one always in the car. I love driving it! Jon took Millie to Lowe's and came back and said he felt his manhood leave him... silly boy :)
