Happy 4th of July

The kids have been itching to go on a pony ride. So we found out from our dear friends about a farm that had a blueberry festival going on, that had pony's to ride! Since we knew Jon was leaving in just a couple days we were trying to fill our day with family activities. This was just what we needed!

Welcome to the Farm

James had no problem getting up, he had a blast!

Millie was excited until she got on...

As long as dad was next to her she was fine

And then by the time her turn was done she was brave!

Picking blueberries

Millie found the play set and all she wanted to do was swing

They got to go on a wagon ride all by themselves

 That was a blast!

After the farm, lunch and small naps. We decided to do a few fireworks with our friends. Yes I know it is still light out, but this was like at 6:30, and we were trying to keep the kids bedtime. Millie was not to impressed with the fireworks. James loved them but was very cautious. Sage enjoyed having friends to play with, even though she would try and eat the fireworks as we were lighting them.

Charlie helping James out

She did not like the noise, and she placed my hands there

Took a small break and did some pop its out back

Watching the men play with the bigger fireworks!

She finally got to were she would sit by herself
