Boat Races

This year my parents, Megan and Garrett decided to come up to see the boat races. Jon and I have heard that it is something you at least have to see once. Before the boat races there was an airshow. Mom and I started off the day going to the temple. She has really missed not living as close to a temple. We decided since it was like 100 degrees that we would come late with James and only make it for the boat races. The boys told us how awesome the airshow was, and now I kind of wished that we had made it there.

The boat races were fun, but there was such a long time in between each heat that it kind of got boring. So we did what the Ussery's do great- people watched (thank you Grandpa Winn). Lets just say it was interesting what people walk out of the house in. James and I did not last long, because it was too hot for him, and he could not get a good nap in. So that accounts for my lack in pictures.
