11 Months Old

Millie is 11 Months old (pictures are a little late). Miss Millie loves to move (as you can see). She loves following James and Sage around. Her walking is improving everyday. She is starting to eat more and more big people food, and getting more picky about baby food. She loves that the weather is getting warmer, and loves to be outside!! She still takes 2 naps, just about everyday. She is a great sleeper!! Still only has 4 teeth, but I can see more moving. We love how happy she is!!

Trouble Makers

I walked into my room and found this... 

Newest Member

We did it. Finally we took the plunge!! WE GOT A VAN!! It was (maybe still) hard for Jon to accept. The thing is, we need more room. The car barley fit the 2 car seats, the truck is only a 3 door, made it a pain to get the kids in and out. End of story we figured it was time, and we hope to drive it til it dies. They make these vans so fancy now. It is a brand new (2013) 8 seater. The 2 seats in the middle move forward AND side to side. Lots of room!! It even has a nifty "cool box" (it keeps drinks cold :) We are also pleased that we were able to find one without the t.v. Don't get us wrong we have portable t.vs, but we did not want one always in the car. I love driving it! Jon took Millie to Lowe's and came back and said he felt his manhood leave him... silly boy :) 

Picking up Kam

Today we got to watch Maely and Kambree. James was so excited to get Kam off the bus. It was all he talked about all day. He looks up to Kam so much, don't anyone but she is his favorite :) 

Quite Time

Quick Visit

Grandma and Papa had stake conference this weekend. So they come up to see us. Sadly this is the only picture I got. James and Papa are best buds :) 

New Tent

I found a deal on an 8 person tent, we decided to go ahead and get it, since hopefully we will be camping a lot, and hopefully we will have more kids. This is the day we got it, and Jon just had to set up in our living room. It barely fit! The kids loved playing in it.

Baskets Are Great

Today the kids fought over sitting in the baskets. It was quite funny. Then we found one that they both could sit in :) 

General Conference

WE love General Conference. There is something about being able to sit in your home and listen to the prophets and apostles speak to and teach us. I know my kids are far to young to sit through the whole thing, BUT they did play by themselves, take great naps, and let Jon and I listen. I love the spirit it brings into out lives and home. I love the reminders of how I can be a better mom, and person. LOVE MY LIFE!!

Millie 10 Months

Millie is 10 Months old now! ( I have to admit this post is a week late, we kind of forgot :) She is growing and looking more like a little girl then baby. She loves to feed herself! She will eat baby food, but only for a little bit, until she wants to feed herself. She loves moving along the furniture, and holding your hand while she walks. I do not think it will be too long before she does it by herself. James loves to play with her, and tries to pick her up (at that point they both fall over :) She still takes 2 naps a day. Only has 4 teeth. Generally sleeps from 8-6, only waking up once or twice to find her binkie. She is a load of laughs, and such a happy baby. Oh and yes she still loves her dad the most! 

Easter

Today was Easter. We decided to do baskets before church and do a hunt after. Last year Jon harassed me because I did not get Easter candy, and did not put any in eggs. This year I got a little and made sure to put some in the eggs. NEVER AGAIN! All James cared about was Candy. He opened every single egg and if it did not have candy he has for some. It took forever to do the egg hunt, because he had to make sure there was no candy in them. But despite all of the candy, I was happy to celebrate Easter with my family. It was great to read stories and remember the true meaning.

I think as long as the weather holds up, this is all we will post about. WE LOVE BEING OUTSIDE! And we still have a lot of yard work to do :)
