It is 98% done. All he has left is a few touch ups with the stain, cutting some bolts and I think that is it. James and I are loving it during the day :)

sweet. so, are you planning to grow vine-type plants on/around it? I'm just curious about the latice on top versus something that would shelter the patio from weather. It looks great! Good job, Jon!
